Shopivol is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables small business owners to create professional websites using pre-built templates. By subscribing to our services, you gain access to our tools for customizing and publishing a website.

3. User Account and Registration

• Account Creation: To use Shopivol, you must provide accurate personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use.

4. Payment and Subscription

• Subscription Fees: To maintain an active website, you must pay a monthly, semi-annual, or annual subscription fee. The average monthly fee is 2,250 Naira. Failure to pay will result in making your website inactive to the public.
• Template Switching: Users receive free credits for template switches; additional template switches may incur a fee after the initial credits are exhausted.
• Third-Party Payment Processor: Payments are processed through Paystack. We do not store your payment information on our servers, and all transactions are subject to Paystack's terms and conditions.

5. User Responsibilities

• Compliance: You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Restrictions: You may not use our services to post or transmit any offensive, abusive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or may harm our reputation.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect certain personal information to provide our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Shopivol platform, including templates, designs, and software, are the property of Shopivol and its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the platform and our templates solely for the purpose of building and maintaining your website.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services such as Google Analytics for performance tracking and Cloudflare for security. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of these third-party services.

9. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time, which will remove your data from our database. We are unable to delete user data unless initiated by you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shopivol is dedicated to providing a reliable and high-quality service for managing and maintaining your business website. While we strive to resolve any disruptions as quickly as possible, certain events outside our control (such as outages from third-party providers or network issues) may impact service. In such cases, we aim to restore full functionality promptly but cannot offer compensation for every disruption. By using our services, you acknowledge these potential limitations and agree that Shopivol is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by unforeseen or external circumstances.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
